I have been coming to the Baja Fresh at the Marketplace since it was 1st open over 22 years ago! It's been remodeled a few times and it has always been a cool place for lunch or dinner. I'm partial to the shrimp bowls!

Had the chicken fajita platter today. It was absolutely FANTASTIC!! And a great value as well. This wonderful favorite place always has the freshest, most flavorful food! And you can't beat the salsa bar. Bonus: the staff has always been a delight to work with here. Thnx for such an excellent experience! I just wish we had a Baja in Tehachapi.

Best Mexican food. Come back to the 559! Very good costumer service by Stephanie and Alexis! Hats off to the chef. Very friendly staff and clean store. Food quality was top tier. Will definitely stop by here anytime we pass through. Thanks

Clean and fresh. I haven’t been to Baja fresh in years. This is their Baja bowl with chicken. Not bad!

Delicious shrimp tacos and tostada salad. Be sure to ask for the local 25% discount before they ring you up. I mentioned I live in the local mountains after the fact when I was told about the discount, disappointing considering what I spent. At least the manager gave me a couple of large containers for extra salsa. Love that salsa bar.

Thank you Reese and Nicole for making my experience here at Baja Fresh a great one. I was in the mood for a good hearty burrito and oh my did I get exactly what I wanted. I ordered the Nacho Burrito with Steak. Chips on the side and used the SALSA 6 Chiles HOT! It really is not super hot for me, but was just the right amount of kick. They had my order ready extremely fast and it smelled soo good. I think that for the money, this us one of the best Burritos I've ever had at this price point. I will be back next week. Great service, atmosphere and the food is delicious. Thanks again!!
